NATO Summit 2025
During the NATO Summit 2025 in the Hague, world leaders, international delegations, and global media gathered for a multi-day, large-scale event with worldwide impact. The city was entirely focused on diplomacy, security, and high-level cooperation. On behalf of the World Forum, Vinke Vision played a vital role in ensuring the safe and controlled execution of this complex operation. Both in front of and behind the scenes.
From Preparation to Execution
Vinke Vision was responsible for advising, planning, and coordinating safety-related aspects during the build-up, event days, and breakdown. In close collaboration with government agencies and security partners, we ensured that all operational processes were aligned. Both on paper and in practice.
Fire Safety and Critical Facilities
To maintain the highest standards of fire safety, we provided:

We were also responsible for supplying and managing emergency response tools and other essential safety infrastructure.
