Opening of De Wielewaal Nature Reserve – Eindhoven
On the last weekend of September 2025, De Wielewaal Nature Reserve in Eindhoven officially opened its doors to the public. This long-awaited moment marked the grand reopening of a unique natural area where city and nature meet.
Safe and Accessible
Thinc Ahead engaged Vinke Vision to handle the entire permitting process. We coordinated all necessary permits and prepared both the mobility plan and the safety plan.
During the opening weekend, we were also responsible for implementing the safety and mobility measures on and around the site. This included managing visitor flows, traffic guidance, emergency routes, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
De Wielewaal is Open
The result: a beautiful and flawlessly executed weekend, welcoming over 25,000 visitors who enjoyed this unique natural area. A project we look back on with pride.
